Custom iPhone Mount

Well I didn't want one of those suction cup mounts that go in the windshield and I didn't want something that was ugly and would stick out. So I created my own little holder. It flips up for stealth mode. It's perfect distance to my hand so I can use it as nav, make calls, or change my ipod without having to look down.

I used real leather and wood pieces to make the dock.

I've been trying to figure out how I'm going to mount my iphone. It's hard to find a location that's not in the way but convienant to get to while not having it look stupid or like a hack job. Nice Job!

Yup Just the iPhone. It stays wedged in perfectly. I slammed on the brakes and accelerated fast and it dint budge.

That's why I keep my GPS and other driving devices separate from my phone. When I wreck my car, I want to be able to quickly and easily access my phone to call for help! If you have it anywhere except on your belt or pants, forget it. You may not find it for days. Been there, done that.
