**** nice ride.. where ya'll get the $$ for this shizzle - well the placement of the display head is kinda weird. You'd have to break your neck to see frequency..
I agree.
This is a very nice car. In fact, this is my car and my installation pictures. I posted these pictures along with a review of the unit on the Planet 9 Porsche site on March 13th:

Not cool Snoopyc4.
To answer the question about the display being mounted in the cigarette tray, you get excellent audio alerts with the Passport unit and it tells you which band it is detecting. There was no need for that bright blue LED display to be seen and I didn't think it went well with the interior. There is also a small LED mounted by the clock on the console for a visible indicator. Snoopyc4 seems to have missed that picture but it's in the original thread on Planet 9.

I hope the jammer head just came loose when he was doing 155mph and got crooked like that. Wow. Interior install isn't great either. You'd think on a Porsche they'd take the extra time to hide any wires.
What do you find "not cool" about it? It's not like he hacked secret pics from your hard drive or anything. Publicly posted pics, without copyrights, are fair game. All he did was link them with no commentary.
That was my thought too. I have yet to find a CI user outside of our small community here that cared anything about the frequency display, so it's no big deal. But I do agree that the aesthetics of this install are notably sub-par as compared to most. And I do hope that the owner knows that the laser Shifters are useless on that car.To answer the question about the display being mounted in the cigarette tray, you get excellent audio alerts with the Passport unit and it tells you which band it is detecting.
