You did an awesome job with the install. However, there have been some concerns about jammer performance on BMWs with the jammer heads mounted in the lower grille. The best place to mount them would be vertically in the kidney grille.

Thanks. I think the ZR4's(which I know aren't the best) only work in the horizontal position. I may supplement with LI's at some point in the future. I'm heading to Hellginia so the LI's in the grill may be a more stealth install. This web site was great for research before I did my install. I've learned alot from other people's mistakes. I'm sure I'll learn more from mine.

I highly recommend you do that. If you've been reading this forum, then you should know by now that the ZR4s are weak when compared to other laser jammer systems in the market. Check out this thread for more info and test results with different BMW laser jammer mounting positions:
