It's hard to say with certainty if its been used against you but I'm almost 100% sure I have had an encounter with one of the DPS using spectres.

I was driving down I-35 and was following a rabbit (as trained by this website) and was driving for a few miles without any alerts from the V1. When my rabbit passed me he was using a cobra (what a surprise). So, as we drive along all of a sudden I get a full I/O blast of Ka from a statie. Like I said it could be coincidence that he waited until that moment to shoot but to be honest my rabbit was only going like 5-10 over.

I dunno. Moral of a story use a rabbit with a cobra.

I was in a pack of around 15-20 cars. probably 5 or more cars had RD's Cobras,x50's,BEL. I was 3rd to last and i got a full blast of Ka 34.7 from
a DPS. I suspected a RDD cause the Pro 78 cannot be detected over 400ft.

Anyone know if the Spectre RDD can detect a Whistler 695 and if so how far out?

That's not bad at all for a Whistler. How about the Pro 78?

Hmm. Not that good but at least it is something. Do you know anything about the conditions involved in the testing?

I too would like to know how the Pro 78 did against Spectre.

For that matter, I would like to see a list of RD tested against Spectre. Does such a list exist?

    Thanks.

Pro-78 was detected at 147 feet.

Conditions were clear, straight line of sight.

I been hit with I/O Ka by DPS several times and I was not even speeding and don't know why they didn't tag the cars up ahead so that led me to thinking that they use Spectre. They use a lot around because it's close to the Interstate.
