Yeah the SUV's for the most part target truckers. I see them out here where I live at and 90% of the time with trucks. I saw one that said Commercial Vehicle Enforcement.
If you look under the Texas silhouette on the side of the doors it specifies what that particular unit does.
Most say "highway patrol," but I believe there are others that say "weights and measures" and "commercial vehicle enforcement".
Its not a big deal unless your a commercial vehicle driver.
