I can't remember for sure, but I think that a GA code enforcement officer mentioned that they have Spectres.

I find it hard to believe Washington DC has any Spectre's. It would be a huge waste of taxpayer money.

You're giving way too many cops way too much credit for ingenuity and motivation. What you read a couple of cops discussing on teh interwebs is not representative of the real world. If it were, then everyone would have jammers like we do here on this forum.
