Spectre is Used in Quebec by SQ
Not only do they use VG2, but the newer type of spectre IV. I had heard it over a radio conversation, now it's confirmed, along with the actual fines of about 650$ So watch out fellow drivers.

This media thing yall talking about came out since when?? They say they caught 60 rds since january , for the thousands of cars on these roads i bet theyll not be buying a lot of spectres. Youve got more chances of seeing pamela anderson running naked on the roads there than somebody using an rd.

I'm in Ontario and Rd's are illegal. So it was surprising to see the Porsche 911 with an RD mounted to the windshield with no tint. I didn't see pamela though..... I'll have a second look.........

Go ahead, give me a reason to downshift

Up to now, every passenger I got in my truck asked about my RD "what's that"? Even tuned sport looking car drivers didn't seem to know what was that "beeping device".
I also made a non trustable passenger beleive it was kind of "radio locator" to avoid getting lost in deep forest roads as GPS databases aren't reliable in those locations.

It is a good thing if the majority of LEO's using the Spectre IV think it can detect ALL radar detectors. That is a very good thing for un-detectable radar detector users in those areas. Maybe we should write the Spectre IV (Stealth Micro Systems, I think Stalker Radar sells them in USA) and thank them very much for their false advertising.

So true ...let's keep the secret between us
O divine art of subtlety and secrecy!
Through you we learn to be invisible, through you inaudible;
and hence hold the enemy's fate in our hands.

Re: Spectre is Used in Quebec by SQ
I rarely use my STi because in Montreal it's all laser. I rarely come across a cop shooting radar, but I'm sure they are lurking around on the highways (at least the provincial cops)
Does anyone know what they shoot? (34? 35? Ka? k?)
thanks
