Honestly, judging from your previous thread's generous cut-offs (it was 50, IIRC, along this stretch), if I were a resident/commuter in your area of patrol, I'd have nothing to worry about, and could finally enjoy days of not having to watch my speedo - which, in all honesty, takes needed attention *away* from the roadway.
I have a feeling that you're a pretty fair guy.
Unfortunately, my locals don't see things the way that you do.

EDIT: Man, having just driven that stretch a couple of times, I gotta say that 15 over PSL is MORE than generous. And I can certainly see why the residents want it patrolled. I wouldn't wanna live here on this road!
