Not sure what town (county) but on the TPK, on the curve going into the Lincoln Tunnel, they've set up traps using LIDAR. I'm in the process of gathering information, I was given a ticket for doing 61 in a 35, going around that curve. Now, I am a very experienced and safe driver, and I may have been going over the speed limit, but NO WAY could I have been doing 61 going around that curve, (I tried it on the way home...LOL). I understand that radar detectors (I have a Cobra) won't pick up LIDAR, but my sister was with me, she knew I wasn't going that fast either.
