lugnuts Lead Foot Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 424	IL- 3 ISP I88 westbound Warenville Rd. 8-23-08 I saw 3 ISP cars two fully marked and one unmarked black Impala. the two marked cars had customers one with an 18 wheeler and the other with an SUV. the black unmarked was waiting for his victim. they were all in the same area just after the construction zone by Warenville road on the westbound side @ 5:15 pm 8-23-08
