Default Thank you Trapster

Guys this site works. Just went on a 600 mi trip and marked on my map all of the hot spots. It was pretty much dead on!

The best was a 100 mile stretch of interstate - nothing on it, you go 80 you get passed. But Trapster had marked a location right before a small town. Lo and behold right before the town 3 troopers in a nice little hiding spot.

Awesome!

Its pretty good! I used it on a 400mile roadtrip back down to school and it worked wonders in conjunction with my V1

I used it on a 400mile drive for labor day weekend of the total 800miles i had 2 saves. Not bad but still a neat toy to use

Yeah its OK. I use it in the Denver metro area. Its never warned me of a live trap, thats why I recently bought the V1. I drive enough to know the hiding places & speed/red light cameras, so thats not a big benefit. I guess its only as good as the number of users in a given area. Its an ok ADDITIONAL tool, but I'd certainly never rely on ot soley.

Just with they'd work on the Blackberry interface, it really sux..

Trapster should Defiantly not be your only counter measure even if you live/travel in an area that has alot of trapster users.

what I see it being really good for is Road Trips (loading in on gps)

x2! Thats where this service comes in handy.

Example:
I have loaded the data from Trapster into my GPS for the trip from my house right out 150(~170)+ miles to my GF's College, as well as the speedtraps in the city that the college is in.

I will be driving there from Dusk-to-Night, and it loaded ~30POI's along that route, which I would say ~10 of those I could easily ID' at night.

This will be giving me slightly over 1/2Mile advance warning (I changed my warning from 2,500Feet to 3,000Feet). Just to give a little extra time to slow down.
