    I dont really see those around where I live, but if they existed, I would definitely help destroy them.

    This great! In the US I dont understand how these things exist. They are totally illegal according to our constitution. In this country we have the right to face our accuser. So are they going to bring in a camera and have it accuse you? This is proof they are money generators not for safety. People in the US should take a lesson from our brothers in the UK and do the same.
