I am looking at an entry level gps unit. I just want one with great directions and text to speech. So I am looking at the garmin 350, what do you guys think of it?

I decided to try the tomtom ONE 3rd edition, so far it seems pretty good. I can even get a signal inside a brick building, so its got a good sensor. The only thing that it does not have is text to speech so it does say the street names. I will try it for a while and see if I like it.
What have you heard? Yeah they had some problems with map times, usually arising from the tele-atlas maps but from what I can tell I tried using yahoo maps ( they use navteq) and the tomtom to get to the same address and they both came up with the same route. I will see how I like it and I might change to a higher model tomtom becasue this one does not have a sd card slot. That is the only thing I would like to see.
I decided to return it and order a Garmin nuvi 350.
i have the 350 and its great..i have the trapster poi's in there as well
The main reason I returned the tomtom one is because it lacked the sd card slot and I was stuck with only 1 GB of memory. Just as a side note, the earlier versions actually had an sd card slot but it was inside of it. You had to open it and you could change the memory. The new 3rd edition does not.
