New Laser?

So I have had a couple of people here in my area (Omaha, NE) ask me if there is a new type of Laser that looks like a set of binoculars, instead of the standard Laser Gun, anyone know what this may be because I am completely stumped

I'm betting Prolite also. I don't know why these are not more popular, especially among Moto officers. You can use the lanyard around your neck and just let it hang when you take off after a speeder.
