Default Anyone shoot videos with the "Flip"

Has anyone experimented with the Flip (from Cisco) ?

It does have a 1/4" 20 thread for tripod, which means it can be mounted inside the car.

I'm thinking of a visor mount for this.

    Ideas anyone?

I would go with the Kodak Zi8 just because it has image stabilization.

I was just looking at the ZI8 for an in car cam too. I was considering the Panavise 809 Camera suction cup mount though. According to the specs on Kodak's site, it has a 1/4" standard tripod mount.

I use the flip on "Bones". It's a durable HD camera with outstanding resolution. But, it's got poor battery life for commutes of over an two hours and you can't hot wire it to run in vehicle. It's great for short commutes, not so good for the long commutes I'm back to doing these days.
    Project "BONES" Speed Lab:
Valentine One, Blinder M47 "All Front Configuration"
    Pro97 Police Scanner
    1 Saves / 3 Strikes as of 8/22/2009
Estimated saves in U.S. Dollars: $200
