I came across this on ebay, I'm sure many of you have seen it before:

I like the idea, I just don't like the pricetag. I also don't own a Lamborghini, Ferrari, Viper, or any of the other cars that they make it for... unfortunately.

Anybody have any experience on what it takes to make something similar? Is it even financially feasable?

I've liked it also, and didn't like the price tag. How / where does the mirror connect to?? How does it connect to the detector itself?

I've also wondered how beneficial it would be.

A concealed display in your instrument cluster looks better and people behind you can't see what is going on. Why would you want a rear-view mirror that had the display? The V1 is going to be right around the Rear-view mirror anyway. Seems to be a waste of money to me

That is exactly what one of my concerns was too.

I was interested cuz it looks preety cool. That is just something that popped into my mind while deciding if I liked it. You can't argue that it doesn't look cool, you just ponder the usefulness of it - which is exactly what I did.
