I feel it is important for everyone getting an "E" display to send their V1 to VR for inspection. VR needs to build a database to consider all factors that might cause the "E". If I send mine in and the "E" is caused by factor X then VR will correct that. But if your display is caused by Factor Y and VR isnt aware of that, then although factor X will be fixed but not factor Y. My feeling is the "E" will only be permanently fixed when VR is aware of all the real world factors causing this to occur. The only way this will be fixed is when all known factors are taken into account and corrected by VR not just one or two factors. Hope this sounds logical. Again I would urge anyone who gets the "E" display to send the RD back for repairs. All of you who have the current 3.851 have a year warrenty so there should be no cost. Hopefully by the time your warrenty runs out there will be no further concerns. Thoughts on this matter are welcome.
