I just called VR this morning and told them of my 5 E's I have received and much to my surprise when she was explaining what I would have to do she said send in the V1 along with a letter explaining what is wrong (Including the photo I took just so they can't say nothing is wrong or it never received a E) and where I would like it shipped back to and get this one she said that to either include a receipt of the shipping cost (to them) and that I would get reimbursed for it. Or she said just call them and let them know how much! I am just absoultely shocked especially after hearing that everyone is having such a bad experience with them. Just telling what I experienced so it makes me hapy to hear that I had a good experience. I just hope it gets fixed correctly!
