Looks like I'm joining the V1 family

I just bought a V1 1.8 w/POP2 Ver.3.189 for $200. I know the guy and have seen his V1 in person. It will be replacing my V995 which I really like, but I will keep it as a backup.

im considering a v1 as my next purchase, but iwant to see what excort is supposedly coming out with in 07 first. birthday is in march, so im going to try and get something then

hold down the power/mute know while turning the unit on and keep holding it down until the entire display lights up. Then press and release the button to send it into version display your software rev will come up one digit at a time for instanc emine does 3. 8 5 6 and it will continue to scroll through like that until you press and release again, then just turn it off and back on and it will be back in A mode or whatever you had selected.
