Well on this trip I am traveling from Hampton Roads, Va to Bloomington, IN and Decatur, IL.
Running give or take, are the V1 3.826, 3.858 and the Bel RX65
Ranging the 3.858 and RX65 leaving (Williamsburg).....
Ka 35.5GHz the Bel provided 0.8mi warning while the V1 3.858 provided 0.4mi
Turned out the location of my concealed V1 cause the reduction on detection.
In WV, I had moved the V1 3.858 directly on the windshield, the Bel RX65 gave 0.6mi slight bend while the V1 provided 0.8mi
My next encounter was in KY, two State LEO. Both we running 34.7GHz, the Bel RX65 rounding the bend gave 0.7mi while the 3.826 gave 1.0mi and the 3.858 mounted in my hiding spot gave 0.6mi.
Next heading back from IL to IN, I encountered a local sheriff slight hill straight road. The V1 3.826 gave roughly 2.8mi Instant-On with the next hit 2.1mi with Bel RX65, 3.858(in hiding spot) and 3.826 alert to the next IO.
Now I know about running multiple units.
As for the J-Alerts I had encountered 1 each per V1 with confirmed detectors. Although with the 3.858, it did J out a LEO on 35.5GHz due to the One of the detectors.
Still more to come on the return trip.
