false Lasar alert? what would cause it?

Was driving home on my normal route today (country side divided highway) just abunch of cattle usually. My Lasar alert went off full blow for a secondthen off, what would cause this? there were no cars insight for miles, just me.

Occasionally, flashes of sunlight can cause a laser false alert on the V1...

I see your user ID is "infin"... do you drive an Infiniti? The laser cruise control on some of those vehicles is also known to cause false alerts. If you do drive such a vehicle, perhaps you got a stray reflection...

its an 1.8 version, forgot what firmware is on it. In a honda civic, i take this road 2 times a day for over a year now and this is the first time its went off for laser
