Well took my v1 on its first journey with me a 200 mile trip from Huntsville Tx, going through downtown Houston TX, and finishing up in victoria Tx. Well i ran into a few LEO incounters and quite a bit of J's  .
First the J-alerts. While driving through Houston on my way back i recieved what must have been 15-20 J's. At first i was kinda pissed thinking it was an actuall LEo running KA-band. The reason i automatically thought this was bc while owning my v1 3.851 i was driving home from school and it J-ed out two Texas State Troopers running ka-band 34.7 . Well back to these recent j's. I kept getting a ka-band alert to the rear with 2-3 leds lighted up then it would j-out. Well shocked and couldnt believ it, i slowed down to a car following me and realized he had what looked like a Radio Shack RD. He took the next exit and the ka-band alert/J's seized. PROPS TO THE V1!
Second the alerts: i was traveling on I-59 on a flat road with a somewhat decent curve. The speed limit wat 70 and i recieved a k-band alert to the front and exactly 1.1 miles down the road was a Victoria PD truck driving toward me on the oppisite side of the road.
Next one was a State Trooper hiding in the middle of the turnaround and as i was approaching a truck pulled into my lane, so i swirved around him and passed. Well a ways down the road ther driver of the truck, which looked like a beltronics Pro-65 or Escort X50 red passed me and i moved over. Well shortly after i got a ka-band hit to the rear so i looked behind me and sure enough it was that trooper. Well the truck that passed me seemed to not to get the ka-hit and was going 75 in a 70mph zone. Well the LEO passed me and lit him up. Great save by the V1! :!:
