    Default Any way to bypass auto dimming?

    Anyone got an idea? This is for my CD if that helps

    Put a small led in front of it, although this would kill the idea of the conceal, it would work.

    I wish it would go farther dim. I don't like it so bright.

    Mike should just put a lock feature on the dimmer, lock it as bright or dim as you please, it wouldnt be too hard.

    If you want it dim, you can put a piece of electrical tape over the light sensor.
    I think on the V1 that's also where the rear laser sensor is, so maybe only do that if you have a remote display.

    I've seen the display flicker in brightness with flashing blinker lights nearby and certain lights in parking garages, I put my finger over the sensor to calm it down.

    I think he wants it bright, all the time. Not dim all the time.

    I didn't know the V1 auto dimmed after a certian period of time. The is one reason I would not want a V1.

    Why? When its bright out, it gets brighter. When its dark out - it dims slightly so that your entire vehicle isn't filled with a bright red light. I like it.

    Because I'M a pay more for the BRIGHT BLUE LED X50 guy. I like my detector bright all the time. If I don't want to see it as well I'll buy a RED LED X50.
