    Said by tracking the well tracking number that the UPS left a note at VR after failing to have it picked up today at 7:40 am. They will leave one more note and then keep the RD for 5 business days and if not picked up, they will return it to me.

    Yeah, even with my many V1 issues, there is one thing that VR does have... top notch customer service and support (IMO)... always very helpful.

    Probably they do but I thought it was at least appropriate to offer to pay for the upgrade. Didnt want VR to think I was asking for a freebie. At least they know I am willing to pay for their services whether or not they do or dont charge for it. I dont feel that I am entitled to anything just because I am a long term customer.
    What if you get version 3.868............or 3.9XX..........or maybe 4.000?

    Lol Dep- dang my hide I sent it to VR and forgot to insure it. How that slipped my mind, I will never know.

    Preorder for the V2 dep, you make me laugh man. I think I will preorder the V4 for when it comes out in 3-5 years.

    Did you have to pay for anything and was your V1 past the year warranty?
