Euro mode or No?

OK well i have a 3.858 and was wondering if i should turn the euro mode on or off. Will it help any in KA-detection?

The default mode is off for a reason...leave it off unless you live outside the U.S. in Europe.

The euro mode only allows the v1 to scan The narrow part of the ka band, so unless your trying to detect the multanova radars as found in europe and australia then stick to the the normal A,l,L modes.

dont turn it on in Europe also...

Multanova is good known to drift awaz from its original frequencz 34.4 GHz...

I head my V1 in Euro mode layed on Multanova antena without warning at all....

I've read on the forum that the current 3.851 and above have a slightly wider scan on the euro mode so that the v1 will detect out of tune multanovas after dilip having a long phone call with them about this issue.
