Default V-1, how to mount it vertically

Hi guys, I was wondering, since there are posts, especially from Europe, saying that mounting V1 vertically will improve the range with photo radars, how do I mount it vertically and making it somewhat stealth? I have my V1 mounted with my visor clip just beneath the right seat visor (sunscreen) and if i wanted to mount it vertically I would have to have a special mount. I would like to ask you for advice on how to make one.
Maybe friends from Netherlands can share some experience and thoughts.
(www.flitsservice.nl). I would browse their forums but I don't speak Dutch.
    Thanks in advance.

depending on how your roofline meets the windshield, maybe you could stick some velcro to the side of the v1 and stick it to the roof lining somewhere near your rear view mirror.

My honest opinion would to to get seat covers and install it on the side of one of the head rests - it would be extremely stealthy - if you get black seat covers or if you don't want to go that route and you just have dark seats - do it that way.

Another alternative - if you don't really care about centering is right by the A pillar on either side. For big cars this would be alright - but if you have a steep windshield - it probably wouldn't be very stealth.

I would do like Bauzer said.Mount it on the side of head rest(on the left side of passenger seat,it would be best). But I see a drawback here. You will need remote display......But,hey!Thats just me thinking out loud!

If detectors are illegal, I would suggest to order Bel 975's at Roy's ;-)

Hi, Martijn, thank you for your kind reply and advice. Although detectors are legal in my country, I still prefer to keep it stealth. Also, I often drive in nearby Austria, where they are illegal, so I'd prefer to keep my V1 as stealth as possible. Nevertheless, this kit is very good and I presume it can be implemented with V1 as well?
Regarding your second advice, do you think that Bel 975 generally performs better with Multaradar C and Multanovas 6F? How about laser detection with Bel 975, is it any good, although I am not concerned with laser too much, I already have Laser Interceptor and it works excellent.

I've been posting about LI many times, check my posts. And regarding the sales in USA you just have to be a little bit more patient
But it surely is worth having one.
