Looks good, I am just a little curious on the Blue at the end of the strength meter, why'd you pick blue? I am also curious on the colors of the band

    TOP

    BLUE
    white?
    Yellow
    green

    BOTTOM

Great install though. You like the Auto/Man?

Definately an improvement on the stock display, it doesn't make sense that v1 does not offer this... did you do that yourself?

    Thanks for the kind words.

Actually, I didn't pick the colors. I bought the remote display used from a forum member here.

The photos make the color seem a little weird, but they are:
    BLUE - Laser
RED - Ka (it looks pink in the picture, but it's red)
    Yellow - K
    Green - X

The blue is nice because it stands out the most and it is very clear when the meter is pegged.

As for the Auto/Man - it's pretty useless. It's really no different than downshifting to 3 or 2 on a regular auto. You might notice that there is no 1-2-3, just "D" on the shifter.

Different LED for different band makes sense....But mess with strength meter LEDs.....I don't see the point of having multicolor strenght meter.
I personally wouldn't change any LEDs.Why?You know what band is a threat...you can tell by the sound!

i just LOVE the multi colors. I just do not know why Mike V. has not incorporated them into the units!! one of just a couple of pet-peeves about my V-1.

I have the REBinc remote display with the different colors for the band LEDs and I love it. I saw no need to change the strength meter.
