Default What do you guys think?

The remote display on my V1 will dimly light the down (or sometimes the up) arrow when it's off. I have it hard-wired with power to it all the time (not switched). I called V1, and the guy said he'd never heard of it, but it didn't sound like it should be a problem. Anyone else noticed this?

Recheck all your connections and make sure that the wiring has not been damaged especially between the main unit and the remote unit. If the problem persists then send them in for testing as this should not happen.

if you unplug the remote display and see if the arrows on the v1 do it!

if they do then its something side the display or the display itself... if they dont but the remote display does then its either the remote display which is at fault or something inside the v1!

are they under gurantee.... either the v1 or the remote display!

you should have a word with a tech to see what can be done!

or send it in for repair!

it sounds like the display if you ask me either the v1 or remote display is at fault!

I would run a new wire to everything to see if it is your current wiring.
Just run it over the dash to check it out.
You might get lucky and find that one lead is not connecting.
