Did some test today with the V1 3.826 vs. STi M4A9 vs. X50 rev5 with 34.7 and 35.5 at 90 degrees approach with no reflection or bounced signal.
The V1,X50 and STi did well with 34.7 at 0.3 mile. But during the 35.5 test, the V1 and STi had flying colors at 0.3 mile. The X50 only pick up signal at half the distance.
The V1 actually did well with off axis than i thought specially when there was no reflection or bounced signal. I'll post a video of it later. Seems like the 3.826 was better with 35.5 this time compared to the last test i did with the previous version 3.825.
Unfortunately, i was not able to make any conclusions as to which one was the winner because i got no more distance to go farther for the test. But one thing i can tell you is that the V1 pick up the signal much faster after turning on the unit than the STi. How i wished i had more distance to go farther during the test.
But anyway, the most important thing to me was to determine how those RD's react to such situation to where the antenna was pointed away from the RD's at 90 degrees..
