so I'm sending my V1 for a quick tune-up while I'm on vacation next week. i called today and asked if i could talk to mike v. himself. the tech said yes but it may be a while. anyway about 20-30mins later he comes on the phone. i asked him when i send my V1 in if he could autograph my V1 for me. he chuckled and said sure I'd be happy to. he took down my name and said he'd even wave the $45!

. so I'll get my V1 back next week sometime or the following Monday. god, I'm a zombie!

V1 customer service along with mike is awesome

I told one of the techs to pass along a message to Mike that if it wasn't for him, I wouldnt have a drivers liscense hehe.

ya he was kinda stunned i think lol. he said just to include the autograph request in the letter and he'll try to get around to it next week.

I talked to Mike V once on the phone- he answered and said this is Mike. I said Mike V? He replied yes.
I was stunned and I said you dont answer phones, you own the company- he laughed and said they were short handed that day so he was just pitching in.

Yes he does. Seems like the entire company's mission statement is to produce a quality product and satisfy the customer. VR will be in business for years to come.
