One thing I liked about my Whistler was that when you have multiple bogeys the priorities go like this
With the V1 it is the strongest signal that gets the flashing arrow apparently.
I am coming home from dinner with my wife driving down a road that will make all detectors sit up and speak. The V1 as you can imagine was no exception.
I got like 5 bogeys on the screen, all three arrows lit and the flashing arrows are alternating from forward to backward.
Hard to see while driving at night but geeze, I had X K and Ka Bands going off at once. The only LED not lit on the unit was Laser!
I was obviously not speeding but was like where the Ka, where's the Ka!?!!
I come around the bend and there he was already with a customer who apparently attempted to go off roading in the ditch with his new Mazda. <<DOAH>>
Although somewhat irritating, it made me realize how dependent I am on the arrows. When I cant read them I go crazy!
To be honest, I don't know what the hell I had but can tell you it was something to see, and obviously not something to ignore but really a bit way over done. No, the L didn't help!
Gosh I am glad I live out here in the sticks where if I get a radar alert it is .... radar!
