Well I called VR today right near closing which may have turned out to be my first mistake. Anyways, I called to see if they received my V1 (3.863) I returned and the representative said he was confused and my situation was confusing.
So a little dumb struck myself I explained it to him and after repeating myself like 3 times to get the story straight. Finally, he put me on hold and checked to report that he had my unit in his hands. I asked about them refunding my shipping expenses ( one for service and this final one) and he said that is supervisor consideration stuff. So not wanting to keep him there any longer I thanked him and hung up.
Who would ever think I could confuse a corporation???
