    Default VR Confused?

    Well I called VR today right near closing which may have turned out to be my first mistake. Anyways, I called to see if they received my V1 (3.863) I returned and the representative said he was confused and my situation was confusing.

    So a little dumb struck myself I explained it to him and after repeating myself like 3 times to get the story straight. Finally, he put me on hold and checked to report that he had my unit in his hands. I asked about them refunding my shipping expenses ( one for service and this final one) and he said that is supervisor consideration stuff. So not wanting to keep him there any longer I thanked him and hung up.

    Who would ever think I could confuse a corporation???

    You apparently never deal w/ normal csr's . .

    this is an every time occurrence. When you call, know what you want and make sure it is reasonable. keep asking for people's supervisors until they can actually get someone to meet your requirements/requests.

    Normally they'll tell you that they are the highest supervisor(after you get past the first) just ask them who signs their check, and ask to talk to them. :-D

    Lol, just hope for the love of god you never call an airline's customer service...................
