The new units from Valentine that just arrived (and will ship out tomorrow for those who already paid) are already spoken for. However, I will buy more if two or more people are interested. It will save us all shipping costs if I don't have to buy them one at a time.

Turnaround time for the actual mod is only two days. Shipping two ways can lengthen that to 10 days to two weeks.

if Mike V. had something like this for the V1, i would be able to justify the 100 bucks more it is than the X50....

its a great detector.... but how hard can it be to change out some LED's?

who knows.... he might charge 500 for it after that :shock:

I received a couple requests for new modified displays, so I ordered two extras.

If anyone would like a new multicolor display, they'll be available in a week to whoever orders first.

My opinion on that is it reduces the easy band recognition the colored band ID LEDS provide. However, if that is what you want you can have it.

Got back the Remote Display today! Its awsome! Thanks dude!

Here it is in place... I could not get any thing to light up the display from where I was sitting, but you get the idea still... Finally I'm able to get my detector up and out of sight.
