I am NO GOOD at installing things. But a nice person to be with.

So I am now looking for a partner that would like to install one at the same time than me, or do it with me, or for me

V1 already has a metal case (magnesium) so adding foil will do nothing other than make it shiny and more visible to the cops.

That unfortunately won´t do a thing. You cannot wrap the antenna horn´s mouth so there it will anyway emit most.

Just install it in a place in Your car that it won´t be found easely. Remote display unit helps with this. Also buy a cheap RadioShack detector to keep in the glovebos. If You get caught, give the cheapie to officer. So You don´t loose the valuable V1.

As a chiropractor, I have to use lead in the wall of my XRay room so that no Xrays escape from the room.

do you guys think it would work to wrap the RD in it?????
