1. Video one (and the thread I posted):
YouTube - New York State Trooper shooting laser
Not sure what kind of Ka band gun was used in this case, but that same situation has happened before. I was hit with laser and then I barely picked up the Trooper's constant on Ka band when he was perpendicular to the road.
2. Video two:
YouTube - Poor Ka band performance
The Stalker ATR was in that SUV that was facing me. It seems it should have been at full strength a lot sooner.
3. Video three:
YouTube - Poor Ka band performance (2)
The Stalker ATR was in that SUV and it was sort of facing me. It should have been alerting a lot stronger.
4. I was getting no alert in the setup in the picture until I made a right and he made a right to follow me. The scale is in the bottom left. He was running constant on Ka band with the Stalker ATR since I drove by him before, until the setup in that picture happened.
If I would go perpendicular to the source, it would not alert at all, even at maybe 200 or so feet.
There has been times I will not even see the cop yet and it will be at full bars on K or Ka band. Other times, it's just plain horrible. Ideas?
