Firstly, thanks for all of the responses on my other thread, "arrows reversed on V1."
Second, I have another few questions. I just hardwired my V1 into my other vehicle. I thought I was tapping into the sunroof, but the V1 stays on even when the car is off. Its a 2003 BMW 745Li. I removed the panel just forward of the front dome light. I tapped, but its on even when I take the keys out.
Also, I've been getting quite a few false alarms lately. I can't turn POP off though. I have a 1.7 with software version 2.902 I believe. Its something like that. I turned off rear Ka. Thats it. I thought that might help. Any other ideas? I just bought a second one for my father and he is not one that likes to deal with a bunch of falsies. (Business man on the phone all the time.)
Lastly, my concealed display. After I hardwire the V1, how to I connect the concealed display? I used to use the DC adapter that came with it, but after hardwiring it, I'm clueless. (I did not use the factory hard wire kit. All retro.)
