    Default Just bought a V1 (again)

    Just ordered a new V1 friday. I bought my first V1 back in 2002 and then a few yrs later sold it to my brother. I belive it was V1.6 or 1.8. I see they have come quite a ways in updates. he still hasn't updated his! lol. still running it... I'm in the process of convincing him to update it. How are the V1's doing nowadays? Still King of the hill? Anything I should know about the newer ones? I remember V1 was better than gold. That thing was pefection. It had such great range, and not that many false alerts either. and the arrows were like pure sugar on the top of a cake

    The latest version is awesome, with no known problems. Its still king of the hill in raw detection distance, especially for highway drivers.

    That's all I need mine for, HWY. b/c in the city... it's bumper to bumper. kinda pointless if your crawing at 2mph I just drive a lot of Hwy miles. Good to hear it's still doing good.

    F-2-Fidy. PSD. I have a 4" lift and 35" AT's on it, but I'm dropping the lift in the next month. It really affected my Hwy MPG's and drivability.

    8) Sounds sweet man....my dream truck...use to drive a Avalanche and dumped it gas killing me....

    I'll echo the words of others that the latest 3.863 V1, I have absolutely no complaints about. It's worked reliably with no glitching or subpar performance at all.

    Good to hear guys... very good. I did some digging around, looks like the only competition for the V1 is the STI. How close does it get?
