Default Average turnaround time for service?

I just sent in my V1.7, it's a 2.879. Falses continuously. What is the average turnaround time for service? I searched the forum and couldn't find an answer. I know it won't be the same for everyone, I just kind of want a ballpark estimate.

I would say one to two weeks. Two weeks at the most. That is how long it was for mine (one week) and that was with shipping to and from.

I was thinking about sending it in with 2nd day air service for a quicker turnaround

I sent mine FEDEX ground. It took four working days to get to Valentine Research from Tucson, AZ. They had the unit four working days, and sent it back FEDEX 2 day.

Like I have said before, Valentine Research is a great company!

    Good Luck to you,

    Bill
