Default How often do you replace old V1 with new one?

Does anyone replace the V1 every year when the warranty expires? You can sell the old one on eBay at breakeven or sometimes make money if you are lucky and get the latest and greatest from VR.

I guess that's one way to do it. They are upgradeable, so I wouldn't think a lot of people do that.

no no! the v1 is made to not be obsolete...my v1's rev. came out in dec of 2005 i think and im still using it..obvi i have sent it in to be tuned (the first time is free under warranty and every other time after is $45 to keep the same rev and $85 to upgrade) If the v1 1.9 or w/e the next v1 is when id sell my 1.8 but im going to keep tuning mine or eventually upgrade to new rev.

My take is it's cheaper to sell and rebuy than upgrade.
