question about getting my 2nd v1

i use to own a v1, but i returned it and got my money back, this was i think a month ago. however i want to buy a v1 again, if i order it would i be charge extra, because i heard they charge you 50 extra is this true, and if so why do they charge you .

wait well see, i did have a free 30 day with the first v1, and i returned it before the 30 day ended

and if i buy anoter one and do decide to return it agian then they charge a 50 dollars
