That i was thinking, my ebayer seller is unreachable and nobody known yet

In fact i contact more time Valentine service (very hard to have answers) the first time was in midle June to explain the problem and saying that i was living in France for now but explain that i've purchassed the V1 in US, (writing serial DDR, my full adress & phone) the customer service answer me first that first time :

So nice way i think myself, i sended my V1 the 16 june in insured + tracing by web.
But my V1 come back to me on 4 august because Valentine seems to not accept my V1, i can see on tracking delivry reported, recipient alerted... ) more 30$ for the return in that case.
So again i contact Valentine to explain the problem, they finally tell me that they have never see my packet and for my information :

It is not a question of paying for delivery outside the USA. We do not ship outside the USA. We will not return the Valentine One to you without a US address.
Customer Service
Valentine must know that they are most users outside US too and they certainly
lose a lot of sale.
