Just got new V1 in mail

Just got my v1 in the mail.... and its 3.871

i was reading a topic about some got it and some didnt.
but im no a-hole and i dont wanna brag... i had it for less than 2 hours hehe.

i'll keep ya posted on it... im so excited... im going driving be back in 6 hours? maybe more

No ghosting that i've seen.

I have a speed sign next to my buddys house... I was sitting right infront of it full blast K band... just 1 bogey

so im guess no ghosting so far...

I'll be waiting. I'm going on a road trip as well. First real test of the V1 on the open road and comparison to the X50.

Odd thing, No "J" alerts yet. Been using 3.864 since Monday. I know, I know, I'm supposed to turn POP off. I'm waiting to at least hear a "J" alert.

I did get a J alert today, Ka band prolly cobra.. it was kinda weird cuz i had 3 bogeys but 2 confirmed LEO's

yes it is... and i programed it a little... 4 second K band mute and unmute at 4 LED's...

not sure if i should keep that on or off

You'll probably up the auto mute eventually. I have mine set at 30sec K band automute. That's usually enough, but I'd really prefer the reverse, alerts for the first few seconds full volume then go to mute. That would be way better.

i think i caught a wiff of ghosting but im not 100% sure.

sweet, cool cool. In 2 months or maybe less when I order mine I guess I have a good chance @ getting the new one... That is if I order a v1(Probally cuz its cheaper then the ix, I'll put up w/ the noise I'm 60/40 v1/ix)
