    Default talked to buyradardetector.com for the v1s version 3.871 and 3.872 and they said

    Today i ask them if they knew anything about this and they told me they didnt that i have to call VR, but told me when there is a version change it is usally becuase there is a new radar or laser being added. I really didnt know what to say. Could it be true

    I understand that 3.871 was a board change to accommodate manufacturing or vendor changes. I have heard that 3.872 may just be a tweak to adjust for the new board. I have not heard of any performance enhancements with either.

    Yeah from what I've read all we have is bassicly educated guesses and rumors.

    We won't know if it really is anything for the future until v1 informs us. I wouldn't expect something to leak out easily out of small company like v1.

    Just call the source, and not the middle man. V1 has said it was just an internal issue that didn't effect anything.

    Trust me if something revolutionary comes out they will market the hell out of it.

    Until then take them at their word.
