I bought two new V1's and one needed to immediately go back for repair/replacement. I spent $13 to ship it back because of it. They are sending me a replacement.
Question: I kind of feel like they should pay me the $13 that I spent to ship back their "faulty product." I mean, it was one day old -- not one year old. If it was older, I can see my paying for it. Just seems like they should be paying for that since it wasn't my fault.
All that said, I don't want to sound cheap about it.
What do you all think?
