when you and a leo are travieling the oppostite side. like for exaple you are going north and he is comming souht, on a flat road with mini hiils. How can you tell how long have you pickd him up like how many miles.

Well you can never know exactly but.....measure the distance from first alert till you pass each other....then double that distance and you will have a good approximation.

I figure I never know if he was sitting on the median before we had LOS, so I only consider the distances on stationary ones, pickup a signal,glance @ the trip and watch for the LEO that matches the arrows.

You can also look at your trip meter on the first alert and then look at it again when you identify the bogey.

Very true and I got a 4 mile CO Ka record 3 weeks ago and I was going 70 mph (PSL is 70) so it took forever to meet the LEO way up there!
