Question,i am thinking of putting the v1 on my christmas list,i currently have the Bel V940,my issue is is should i just wait untill v 1 comes out with something new or are they probably not coming out with anything new in the future anyway?

You should put "radar detector -- subject to testing within the 30 day trial period" on your Christmas list. Don't make your final decision until you've actually used a few to determine which suits you best.

I was thinking the same thing. I saved the 500 for the V1 with thin concealed display. Now I am thinking, just run the X50 for a while longer and put the money toward some type of jammers.
But in Okla. 99% of what I deal with is wide open spaces, K and KA, so its hard for me to decide. I really want the range and arrows due to a recent encounter with 3 OHP cars. But after going thru Wichita Falls and seeing my first laser it makes me want to get prepared before I get to pay a ticket.
