    Default Multiple arrow questions

I get confused when 2-4 arrows lit up with some being steady and one flashing when getting multiple bogey's as well as the indicator LED's with say k band alert with steady LED light and Ka alert LED flashing. Can any seasoned V1 user tell me the significance of this alerts with multiple bogeys? Thanks.

Flashing indicators are the way that V1 tells you the direction of the most threatening signal. For example, let's say you see 4/8 signal strength with Ka audio but a 4 in the bogey counter and K and Ka both lit. You may see the Ka lamp and the forward arrow flashing to tell you that the Ka signal is ahead. If the K signal were stronger than the Ka, you would get the K-band audio, a flashing K indicator and an arrow flashing in the direction of that threat instead.
