Amazing Laser

Racing into town tonight speeding 30 over the PSL all by myself on a four lane road. My .863 went nuts. OMG I just hit the brakes to the PSL, looking ahead I could see 3 cops about 400 meters up the road so I pulled the V1 down put in the glove box and hoped for the best. Well I tell ya that V1 Saved my “A” big time I do not know what the cop was doing with his Laser gun but It don't get a ID on me. The alert went for a good 3 sec before I pulled the V1 down. It was dusk so my head lights were on Did that save me? i really was starting to crap my self when I drove by them.

Headlights have little to no effect on today's laser guns. The only way to know why you didn't get a ticket is to ask the LEO. Anything else would be a total guess. A couple of weeks ago I got drilled by I/O 35.5Ka. I was at least 25 mph over the PSL and didn't get a ticket. Sometimes, you just get lucky.

Anyway, yea V1 is damn good at laser. Also, good idea with taking it down. I would have done the same thing.

Wow! I had a similar thing happen to me. LEO was about 1500 feet away when I was 20 over PSL from in a 35. I heard the distinctive laser Two-tone beep from my V1 with the bars lit up so i jammed the brakes hard! I drove by the LEO without incident.

I've a pretty small dark colored car with only a little chrome and rather small headlights, yet a very reflective front license plate. Hoping that when I get my blinder M25 installed it'll do all that I need it to.

True, but I was in the sh!t with my wife cause I was late picking here up from work and i wanted to get some sleep that night etc etc.

It is easy doing that through a small town because almost every single one of them run CO Ka and I would dare myself to go 30 over with no rabbit but the problem is that some town always have traffic enforcement almost at all times in my region.
