I have a VI 3.818. It is clearly out of tune and I thought about doing an u/g. However, due to local leos, I am now using this for the daily commute and decided to do a 30 day trial of a brand new V1 to help sort out my options.
One week during the 30 days, I will be on a domestic flying trip and not sure if I want to risk the new V1 in OR mainly due to possible damage even though it would be in the V1 case inside a carry-on bag. Theft could also be an issue due to having to keep it in a hotel while gone for a conference.
Much more interested in seeing what I should test driving from OKC through TUL up to Springfield, MO. A short trip, but evough varied tests to get a feel for how the new V1 would handle longer trips to NC and down to FL.
I am low-tech when it comes to rds so what should I primarily look for during the trial?
