    Default V1 J'd a LEO.

The other day driving along I received one bogey of Ka up ahead. After about a 1/4 mile of driving, me and the LEO meet (he was going one way, I the other way). At this point the V1 was pegged full strength. The LEO passes me, the arrows go to the side and the strength falls off to about half. The arrows never went to the rear. The V1 then picks up one X bogey up ahead. At this point the V1 J's the LEO's Ka out. I continue driving, and about one mile up ahead was the other LEO shooting X band that the V1 picked up right before it J'd the LEO.

Coincidence? I don't know. I'm just reporting what I experienced.

It happened to me a million times... It usually does it with Ka 33.8, but it never happened again after my V1 was repaired...

I agree but it has been a few years since 3.818. Do not get me wrong I would rather deal with J outs than lockouts

If you'll look carefully you'll see the icon is a spinning radar gun when real radar has been locked out
